I worked in IT in the corporate world for 10 years before setting up Real World Coaching. My roles varied from Business Analyst, Project Manager and Programme Manger, to an Implementation consultant and change manager, and I ended my IT career as head of the Portfolio.

I loved managing and working with my teams and this is where my love of coaching and behaviours came more in to play than it had before.

My mission in setting up Real World Coaching was to help as many business owners to build the best version of themselves, whilst being the best version of themselves as possible. This combines my passion for people, behaviour and strategy into one place whilst using my decade of experience in efficiency, planning, analysis, projects, forecasting and not to mention leadership to give a 360 degree service for business owners!

My long term vision is to make Real World Coaching the one stop shop for all business growth consultancy services to help businesses grow and scale stress free!

Esther Partridge-Warner

Online Media Specialist

I’m Esther Partridge-Warner and I have an extensive background in sales and marketing, spanning over 25 years. My specialism is helping business owners leverage their online presence.

Here are a few of my highlights…..

I’ve worked in large multinational corporations and micro businesses, across various industry platforms from educational publishing, security, IT, to health, recruitment, creative industries, EdTech and others.

In 2006 I graduated with a degree in IT for Education & Training.

In autumn 2017 I commenced lecturing in Social Media in the Business School at Worcester University.

Now a successful entrepreneur, trainer and speaker, I provide business and marketing support for business owners, as well as for larger companies, networking groups and more.

I’m a recognised online marketing and social media expert and an Enterprise Nation advisor.


Beth Palmer

Virtual Assistant

With over 15 years experience in finance, administration and office management, and as a qualified accountant, I am excited to bring my passion for organisation and efficiency to help businesses to grow.

I am a skilled office manager used to handling the complications and variations of all business types and have done some VA work which has gave me insight in to remote working effectively.
