Beth is not only a number wizard when it comes to accounts ( with a secret…not so secret, love of spreadsheets!) but a brilliant organiser and calming presence amongst the chaos of day to day business.

Some of the day to day activities, she gets involved with are:

Administration:

  • Managing, prioritising and filtering correspondence i.e email management

  • Liaison with Suppliers or customers

  • Research projects

  • Event and booking organisation

  • Making a snazzy spreadsheet

  • Making processes and systems run better!

Accounts:

  • Preparation of management accounts

  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

  • Payroll

  • Payment runs

  • Preparation of VAT returns

  • Processing supplier and customer invoices

  • Credit control

  • Liaising with external company accountants

  • Bank reconciliations

When Beth isn’t hard at work supporting and helping businesses, she is usually found in her glass studio, on her surf board, or at a gig!

Beth recently got married, and being the organiser that she is, organised the whole event start to finish, even making the table decorations and cake herself! Now that is commitment to DIY!
